Your business
runs on
people
people. Time to give
Time to give them
them superpowers.
We implement AI inside scale-ups, starting with the founders and ending in production. Built on Claude.
Calculate your costHow we think about AI
AI doesn't stick when you drop a tool on a team.
It sticks when it sits between people and processes.
Closing the gaps that cost the most time.
That's only visible from the inside,
which is why we start with the founders.
Trusted by
We don't replace your people.
We amplify them.
AI isn't about cutting corners. It's about cutting the busywork that's burying your team. We build systems that handle the repetitive, so your people can focus on what they're actually good at.
More about how we work
What we ship
Most engagements start with the first one and grow from there. Each can also stand alone.
Founder & MT Enablement
Most common starting point
A weekly or bi-weekly coaching trajectory with the founder and management team. Hands-on with your real workflows, not slides. By the end, leadership can prompt, build, and ship their own AI work, and we know exactly where AI fits across the rest of the team.
- › Weekly or bi-weekly working sessions with leadership
- › Real problems from your business as the curriculum
- › Outcome: leadership able to build their own dashboards, automations, and small AI tools
AI Strategy
Audit your team's actual workflow. Map every place AI fits. Prioritise by time saved, not by hype.
Automation
Connect the tools you already use. Eliminate the copy-paste between them. Workflows that run while your team sleeps.
AI Agents
Custom agents that handle support, documents, and data, trained on your business and the way your team actually works.
Software
Internal tools your team genuinely uses, because they were built around how they already work.
Selected work
A few of the things we've shipped, and one we ran.

Where is your team losing time to work AI could take on?
Frequently asked
Where does an engagement usually start?
Most engagements start with the founder and management team. We run weekly or bi-weekly working sessions using real problems from your business as the curriculum. From there we map where AI fits across the rest of the team and move into automations, agents, or custom software.
Do you offer training or coaching, or just builds?
Both. The typical entry point is a coaching trajectory with leadership where they learn AI by using it on real workflows. From there we either continue into builds or hand things off. We also do standalone implementation projects (automations, agents, internal AI tools), typically from €2k upward.
How long does an AI implementation typically take?
Most engagements run 4 to 12 weeks. Strategy and audit projects take 1 to 2 weeks. Automation builds run 2 to 4 weeks. Custom agents and AI software typically run 6 to 12 weeks. We start with a focused proof of value, then scale what works.
Do you work with non-technical founders?
Yes. Most of our clients are founders or operators, not engineers. We translate AI capabilities into operational improvements and handle the technical implementation end to end. You don't need to know how a vector database works to run one.
Why Claude specifically?
Claude (by Anthropic) consistently leads on reasoning quality, instruction-following, and reliability in production agents. We've shipped systems across every major model and Claude is what we reach for first for the kind of work we do.
What does an engagement cost?
It depends on scope. Use the calculator above for a rough estimate, or send us a quick note and we'll scope it together.
Can you integrate with our existing tools?
Almost certainly. We work with Notion, Slack, HubSpot, Salesforce, Airtable, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Postgres/Mongo databases, and most modern SaaS. If it has an API or a webhook, we can wire it.
