Founder of FNDR Studio, an AI implementation studio in Amsterdam. I work hands on with founders and management teams to ship the AI workflows, agents, and software their people actually use.

I am Thomas Huijsmans, and I started FNDR Studio because most companies do not have an AI problem, they have an adoption problem. The tools are here. What is missing is someone who sits with your team, learns how you actually work, and builds the thing that fits.

So that is what I do. I start with the founders and the management team, get hands on with the real workflows, then ship the agents, automations, and software that move the needle. No fifty page strategy decks. Working software your team opens on Monday.

The throughline across everything I build is honesty over hype. Provable results, transparent claims, and software that earns its place. If it does not help your team, it does not ship.

Background and approach

FNDR Studio works with scale-ups, typically founder-led teams of 30 to 100 people, to embed artificial intelligence into the way they already operate. Most engagements start at the top: weekly or bi-weekly working sessions with the founder and management team, using real problems from the business as the curriculum. Once leadership can build, prompt and ship their own AI work, we map where AI fits across the rest of the team and move into automations, custom agents, and internal software.

Every agent and software build runs on Claude, Anthropic's reasoning model, which is what I reach for first for production work that has to be reliable. Engagements usually run between four and twelve weeks: strategy and audit in one to two weeks, automation builds in two to four, custom agents and AI software in six to twelve. Standalone projects start at 2,000 EUR. Clients are based in the Netherlands, the EU, and the United States, and the work connects to the tools they already use, including Notion, Slack, HubSpot, Salesforce, Airtable, Google Workspace and Microsoft 365.

The aim is never to replace people. It is to clear the repetitive work that buries a team so they can spend their time on the things only people can do. I lead all client work directly from Amsterdam, working out of TAG, the city's AI collective at The Hubb. If you want to talk, I am at thomas@fndr.studio, or on LinkedIn.

What I build under FNDR

"Start with the people. Ship what they will actually use.
Prove it works."
